A leading construction company (CR18) is seeking a highly experienced Project Control Manager to join our team for a prestigious hotel development project. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a large-scale, high-quality hospitality project.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement project control systems, procedures, and reporting tools
• Monitor project progress, costs, schedules, and performance metrics
• Lead planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management activities
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Prepare detailed progress reports and forecasts for senior management
• Identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and project objectives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, CCP) is a strong advantage
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in project controls within construction projects
• Proven experience in hotel or large-scale building projects is highly preferred
• Strong expertise in planning and scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple project aspects under tight deadlines
