Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas (Instrumentation / Metering)
Proven experience in custody metering systems maintenance and calibration
Hands-on exposure to commissioning and troubleshooting activities
Strong background in Saudi Aramco projects (preferred)
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics Engineering
Core Responsibilities
1. Preventive Maintenance Execution
Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance (PM) activities for metering skids
Ensure compliance with OEM procedures and international standards
Supervise loop checking, calibration, and functional testing
2. Technical Supervision
Lead field teams across instrumentation, electrical, and mechanical disciplines
Oversee maintenance of:
Flow meters (Coriolis, Ultrasonic, Turbine)
Gas Chromatographs (GC)
Pressure, temperature, and level instruments
Control valves and analyzers
3. Calibration & Validation
Supervise calibration using certified equipment
Perform GC validation, sampling system checks, and analyzer verification
Ensure traceability of calibration standards
4. Safety & Compliance
Enforce PTW (Permit to Work) and LOTO procedures
Conduct gas testing and risk assessments before job execution
Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings
Exercise Stop Work Authority when unsafe conditions are identified
5. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with client representatives, QA/QC, and operations teams
Prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs
Ensure proper documentation and sign-off of completed activities
