Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible General Cleaning Supervisor cum Technician to join our team. The candidate will supervise cleaning operations while also working on-site and handling machines for deep cleaning, grinding, and polishing.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage cleaning staff on-site
- Perform general cleaning tasks when required
- Operate floor cleaning machines (scrubber, polisher, grinder, etc.)
- Carry out floor grinding, polishing, and deep cleaning services
- Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Maintain cleaning schedules and site reports
- Train and guide cleaning staff
- Ensure quality service and client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Experience in general cleaning and supervision
- Knowledge of floor cleaning machines, grinding, and polishing
- Ability to handle team and work under pressure
- Physically fit and hardworking
- Valid driving license is an advantage
