Key Responsibilities:
Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and service on pumps, compressors, conveyors, and valves.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical failures and perform emergency repairs during plant shutdowns or breakdowns.
Alignment & Installation: Execute precision laser alignment of rotating equipment and install new machinery according to technical drawings.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to strictly regulated HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance activities and parts replacements.
