Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end supply chain management, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and cost optimisation. Adept at leading procurement functions from Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) processing across thousands of SKUs.
Proven ability to manage perishable and non-perishable inventory, reduce total cost of ownership (TCO), negotiate with local and international suppliers (70+), and maintain seamless supply continuity. Strong command of ERP systems, supplier scorecards, and food safety compliance standards (HACCP, ISO).

I hold an MSc in International Supply Chain & Logistics from Anglia Ruskin University, UK, and an OTHM Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
