Key Responsibilities
Design & Development: Create technical plans, 3D models, and blueprints for mechanical components and systems using software like SolidWorks
Testing & Analysis: Develop prototypes, conduct experiments, and analyze data to improve product performance and durability
Manufacturing Oversight: Oversee production processes, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety codes, and quality standards
Troubleshooting: Investigate equipment failures, diagnose operational issues, and recommend or implement repairs
Project Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and oversee installation or maintenance schedules
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks), Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).Engineering Principles: Solid understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer, hydraulics, and mechanics
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex data to develop innovative, cost-effective solutions
Collaboration: Excellent communication skills for working with technicians, suppliers, and clients
