Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all incoming and outgoing project documentation (drawings, reports, submittals, and correspondence).
* Maintain and update the Master Document Register (MDR).
* Ensure all documents are properly numbered, filed, and archived in the Document Management System (DMS).
* Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and QA/QC teams for timely document approvals.
* Monitor document revision control to ensure the latest versions are available to the team.
Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BBA or Engineering preferred).
* Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Document Control within the construction or engineering sector.
* Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and specialized EDMS software (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, or Procore).
* Language: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines.
