Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee and coordinate mechanical works at site, ensuring activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise daily mechanical activities including installation, maintenance, and repair works
-Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, procedures, and safety standards
-Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other disciplines on site
-Monitor workforce productivity and allocate resources effectively
-Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly
-Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and adherence to project timelines
Requirements:
-Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
-5-10 years of experience in mechanical supervision (construction or oil & gas preferred)
-Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and installation practices
-Familiarity with safety standards and site procedures
-Good leadership and communication skills
