We are seeking an experienced Technical Office Manager with a background in Electrical or Mechanical engineering to lead and manage technical office operations.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee technical office activities, documentation, and reporting.
Coordinate between engineering, projects, and site teams to ensure smooth execution.
Review technical drawings, designs, and specifications (Electrical/Mechanical).
Manage technical documentation, schedules, and project requirements.
Support the preparation of plans, BOQs, and technical submissions.
Ensure compliance with applicable standards, codes, and project specifications.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of technical office procedures and project documentation.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely deliverables.

Preferred Skills
Experience in managing technical office teams.
Familiarity with project management tools and drawing/document control systems.
Experience in industrial / construction / MEP projects.
