HSE Training Supervisor

🎯 Job Purpose
To develop, implement, and oversee all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) training programs to ensure workforce compliance with company policies, Saudi regulations, and international safety standards.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
🔹 Training Planning & Execution
Develop and implement HSE training plans aligned with project requirements
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and specialized safety training
Ensure all employees and subcontractors receive mandatory safety training
🔹 Compliance & Standards
Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and local Saudi regulations
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HSE laws and industry best practices
Support compliance with ISO 45001
🔹 Training Records & Reporting
Maintain accurate training records and certification logs
Track training completion and identify gaps
Prepare weekly/monthly HSE training reports
🔹 Competency Development
Assess workforce competency and identify training needs
Develop training materials, presentations, and evaluation tools
Coach supervisors on safe work practices
🔹 Incident Prevention Support
Participate in incident investigations and recommend corrective training
Promote safety awareness campaigns and behavioral safety programs

Reduction in incidents due to training gaps

Audit and inspection results
🎓 Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
Professional certifications (preferred):
NEBOSH IGC
OSHA Certification
Train-the-Trainer Certification
💼 Experience
5–8 years in HSE, with at least 2–3 years in training role
Experience in construction or large-scale projects (hotels, infrastructure, etc.)
Strong experience delivering practical, site-based training
🧠 Skills & Competencies
Strong presentation and communication skills
Knowledge of HSE regulations in Saudi Arabia
Ability to influence and train a multicultural workforce
Report writing and documentation skills
Leadership and coaching ability
🗣️ Language Requirements
English (Fluent)
Arabic (Preferred)
Immediate availability is mandatory. Sponsorship transfer (Iqama transfer) will be processed only after successful completion of 3 months.
