Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fa?ade Engineer to join our team, specializing in aluminium and glass fa?ade systems for commercial and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in design coordination, material knowledge, and site execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop aluminium and glazing fa?ade systems
Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and material submittals
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams
Review project specifications and ensure compliance with standards
Support site team with technical solutions and installation guidance
Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
2–5+ years of experience in fa?ade engineering or aluminium/glazing industry
Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of other design tools is an advantage)
Strong understanding of fa?ade systems, materials, and detailing
Good communication and coordination skills
Experience in GCC projects is preferred
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of curtain wall systems, cladding, and structural glazing
Familiarity with fabrication and installation processes
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
