Manage all HR and administrative functions independently
Handle employee visa processing, renewals, and cancellations
Liaise with government authorities such as LMRA, GOSI, and other relevant bodies
Process international visa applications when required
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor laws and company policies
Oversee general office administration and coordination.
Strong knowledge of LMRA, GOSI, and visa procedures in Bahrain
Experience in handling international visas
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
Good organizational and communication skills
Experience in accounts and/or real estate is a plus
