A reputed EPC company in Saudi Arabia is seeking experienced Cost Estimation Engineers to support our ongoing tender work and pre-contract activities.
📍 Position: Senior Cost Estimation Engineer (Civil & MEP)
📍 Number of Vacancies: 2
📍 Location: Riyadh – TIEJUN Head Office
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for Civil and MEP works
• Review drawings, specifications, and perform accurate quantity take-offs
• Analyze project scope and develop pricing strategies for tender submissions
• Prepare budgets, bid proposals, and pre-contract cost documentation
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and technical teams during tender stage
• Conduct market analysis and identify cost risks and opportunities
• Maintain cost databases, productivity rates, and historical cost records
Required Skills:
• Advanced expertise in cost estimation and tender pricing
• Strong experience in pre-contract and tender stage project controls
• Quantity take-off and measurement proficiency
• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and productivity norms
• Strong knowledge of rate analysis, cost build-up, and value engineering
• Ability to interpret RFQs, BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications
• Strong commercial awareness and risk assessment capabilities
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, PlanSwift, Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Excel, and estimating tools
Shortlisting Criteria:
✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or related field
✔ Minimum 10 years of cost estimation experience in EPC projects
✔ Strong background in tender work and pre-contract management
✔ Transferable Iqama and availability for immediate joining
✔ Proven experience in Civil and/or MEP cost estimation
