Senior Cost Estimation Engineers (Civil and MEP )
2 Nos. (Work Location: Riyadh TIEJUN Head Office)
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil and MEP works
• Review drawings, specs, and perform accurate quantity takeoffs
• Prepare budgets, bids, and maintain documentation
• Coordinate with project and technical teams
• Conduct market research and identify cost risks
Skills Required:
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Solid understanding of civil/MEP construction
• Attention to detail and strong communication
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, PlanSwift, Bluebeam Revu, and estimating tools
Shortlisting Criteria:
✔ Relevant Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
✔10+ years of estimation experience
✔ Transferable Iqama & immediate joining
✔ Must have strong cost estimation knowledge and similar project experience
