Job Title: Facilities Management Supervisor / Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Facilities Management Supervisor / Coordinator to oversee daily camp operations, maintenance activities, accommodation, housekeeping, catering coordination, and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise camp accommodation, housekeeping, maintenance, and catering activities.
• Coordinate employee check-in/check-out and occupancy records.
• Monitor facility maintenance, utilities, safety, hygiene, and camp discipline.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal departments.
• Prepare reports, invoices, man-days, purchase requisitions, and inventory records.
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance works and compliance with HSE standards.
• Handle staff coordination, documentation, and resident welfare issues.

Requirements:
• Experience in camp administration, facilities management, or maintenance coordination.
• Experience in Procurement of Facilities Management Services/Materials
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of maintenance coordination, reporting, and inventory management.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting documentation.
