We are looking for an experienced secretary or document controller to work in our construction company in Jeddah on temporary basis for a period of 40 days, the candidate should have experience in below mentioned:
- Excel ( linking formulas, Feeding in BOQ's)
- Word (Drafting letters in English and Arabic)
- Emails (Outgoing and Incoming)
- Printing drawings & Bill of Quantities
- Preparing Purchase Orders
- General day to day tasks.
- If knows Arabic Speaking and Typing will be plus point.
Note : those who are unemployed and available in Jeddah will be preferred.
