RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Implementing quality control processes and procedures such as MSTs, ITPs, RFIs, and quality
dashboards.?
? Reviewing and submitting material submittals, suppliers, and subcontractor documentation ensures
that construction projects meet the required standards and specifications.?
? Rectifying consultant and client comments on MSTs, ITPs, RFIs, material submittals, applicators,

as Inspection Reports (IR), Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), Test Plans (ITP), Corrective
Action Reports (CAR), Daily Quality Reports (DQR), Work Quality Reports (WQR), Field
Activity Reports (FAR), etc.?
? Regularly reviewing the Project Quality Plan and Quality Documents in coordination with the
Project team to ensure that the Project quality documents are suitable and adequate as per project
requirements.?
? Reviewing weekly and monthly quality reports before submission.?
? Reporting weekly quality performance and documentation to the Quality Manager.?
? Preparing corrective action plans (problem statement, immediate action, corrective action,
preventive measures) for closing NCRs and directing the site team to take necessary action to close
the NCRs.?
? Monitoring non-conformance issues, following up with the site team for closure, and ensuring
corrective/preventive actions are taken to avoid recurrence.?
? Supervising and managing the Project Quality activities and ensuring that the Project Quality Plan,
Client Standards, and Procedures are followed at the Project Site.?
? Conducting regular surveillance inspections of site activities and subcontractors, ensuring all valid
documentation and contract documents are being used on-site.?
Oversee the installation and testing of electrical, instrument earthing systems, lightning protection,
lighting, power systems, and fire/gas systems.
