• Manage large-scale manpower recruitment operations for companies and projects.
• Recruit laborers, technicians, engineers, drivers, cleaners, security staff, and skilled workers.
• Coordinate overseas hiring with international recruitment agencies.
• Handle work visas, iqama processing, employee mobilization, and deployment.
• Manage Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, and other government portals.
• Coordinate with corporate clients regarding workforce requirements and project staffing.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and company policies.
• Supervise recruitment officers, HR coordinators, and operations staff.
• Prepare manpower reports, staffing plans, and recruitment forecasts.
• Monitor employee performance, attendance, and contract renewals.
