-Ability to execute Mise en Place accurately.
-Knowledge of cooking basics and knife skills.
-Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
-Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards


(Commis Chef 3)

-1-2 years kitchen experience, or holder of a culinary diploma.
-Basic knife skills and ingredient preparation.
-Willingness to learn and develop under Chef de Partie supervision.
-Commitment and ability to work long hours.
-Knowledge of personal hygiene and station cleanliness standards.
