- 2 to 3 years of experience in pastry.
- Ability to accurately execute *mise en place* (preparatory) tasks.
- Proficiency in cooking fundamentals and knife skills.
- Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
- Commitment to hygiene and food safety standards.
