This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer (Civil) specifically in the field of Construction works of various kinds in Eastern Province, who shall look after all applicable areas in KSA. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing sales operations, generating leads, getting inquiries, maintaining excellent customer service, closing the lead by getting work-awards and overseeing channel sales. They will also handle communication with clients, develop sales strategies, and meet sales targets.


Responsibilities/ Proficiencies

Must have Strong client networks and lead sources.
Strong Customer Service and Lead Generation skills.
Evaluate customer technical requirements for infrastructure or building projects and propose tailored solutions using company products. Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to engineers, contractors, and consultants.
Expertise in Getting inquiries and preparation of the estimations
Expertise in negotiations and closing the leads with work-awards for the company
Excel in documentation for the quotations
Expertise in Sales Operations and Channel Sales
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in the Civil sales industry in Saudi Arabia is a MUST
Bachelor's/ Diploma/ degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Joining: Immediately Only

Monthly Business & Sales Target: Minimum 500k to 1000k SAR per month.

Salary & emoluments: 3500 to 4500 SAR + Food Allowance + Accommodation + Transportation & Petrol + 1-2% Monthly Commission on Monthly Sales business by the candidate.
