inspection methods, and repair protocols.
? Inspected and verified surface cleanliness and preparation according to SSPC-SP10,
SA 2.5, and other applicable standards.
? Measured anchor/profile depth using surface comparators and replica tape (Testex)
for conformance with specification.
? Assessed both pre-blast and post-blast conditions of substrates to ensure compliance.
? Verified coating materials for batch number, expiry date, storage conditions, and
manufacturer test certificates (MTCs).
? Confirmed system compatibility of primers, intermediates, and topcoats in accordance
with TDS (Technical Data Sheets).
? Ensured proper storage, handling, and mixing of coating materials.

relative humidity, dew point, and substrate temperature—both before and during the
coating application process."
? Ensured conditions were within the limits recommended by manufacturers and project
specifications.
? Supervised the application process including mixing, thinning, and methods of
application (brush, roller, airless spray).
? Ensured application of the correct number of coats and that the required DFT (Dry
Film Thickness) was achieved for each layer.
? Used calibrated Elco-meter and other instruments to measure WFT and DFT in
accordance with standards and specifications.
? Conducted holiday testing, especially for buried or immersed service pipelines.
? Inspected damaged or defective coating areas and supervised touch-up or rework
activities per approved procedures.
? Verified re-preparation and re-coating conformed to project requirements.
