Job Description (Key Responsibilities):
Supervise and lead the daily operations of the auto body shop
Assign tasks and monitor technicians’ performance
Ensure high-quality repair and finishing standards
Manage workflow to meet deadlines and delivery targets
Coordinate with management and other departments
Handle customer queries and ensure satisfaction
Maintain safety standards and workshop discipline
Inspect completed work before delivery
Train and guide team members when needed
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment
Requirements:
Experience in auto body repair or workshop supervision
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage a team and handle pressure
Knowledge of safety and quality standards
