We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Admin Officer who is currently based in Bahrain and available for immediate joining. The candidate will support day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations
Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
Manage office supplies and inventory
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and official documents
Handle correspondence (emails, calls, couriers)
Support HR and management with administrative duties
Maintain office schedules, meetings, and appointments
Requirements
Must be currently residing in Bahrain
Available for immediate joining
Male preferred
Proven experience as an Admin Officer or similar role
Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
