Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and according to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage construction site activities
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
Ensure proper use of materials and equipment on site
Maintain quality control and compliance with local regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 05 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Good communication and leadership skills
Willingness to work in Bahrain
Preferred:
Experience in GCC countries
Familiarity with local building regulations
Valid driving license
