It is a first-floor unit in a building with only two apartments. The front is a Saudi family, and the back has a ground floor (indian Family) and a first floor. My apartment is 3 bedrooms, 2 halls, 1 kitchen, and 3 bathrooms with 2entrance. The second floor has a open terrace. Please note, there is no lift—just one small staircase.
Currently, I have New AC and ceiling lights installed(Attached Pictures), but if the new tenant wants them, they will need to purchase them will not remain with the owner. The choice is flexible. Let me know if you are interested!
