🔹 Open Positions:
Ticketing Staff (Airline Reservations)
Hotel Booking / Ground Services Staff
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Handle air ticketing (bookings, reissues, cancellations)
Manage hotel reservations and accommodation arrangements
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and transport suppliers
Provide professional travel support to KAUST staff and residents
🔹 Requirements:
Experience in travel agency / ticketing / ground operations
Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus preferred)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work on-site at KAUST
