Business Development Executive - Fire & ELV


Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement growth strategies focused on project sales in Fire Protection and ELV systems.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities for both projects and maintenance services.
• Manage lead generation activities to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Drive lead generation efforts to build a strong project and maintenance sales pipeline.
• Identify, qualify, and generate new leads to support business growth.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads for Fire Protection and ELV/MEP projects.
• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Expand and maintain a strong network of clients, consultants, and stakeholders through effective relationship management.
• Conduct regular market visits and field activities to identify potential opportunities and maintain customer engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants to secure projects.

Experience
Proven track record in Business Development within the FIRE PROTECTION, ELV and MEP sectors.
Minimum 3 years to 9 years of KSA sales experience


Skills:
 Strong field experience in identifying and approaching potential clients, including main contractors and MEP contractors.
 Good knowledge of local geography and market routes across KSA.
 Ability to work under pressure with high levels of adaptability, teamwork, and effective communication.
 Strong multitasking and time management abilities with a focus on achieving business objectives.
 Proven expertise in business development and service management.
 Demonstrates integrity, responsibility, and commitment in all professional activities.

Education :
Any Degree/Diploma
