Key Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment
Proven experience in local and overseas hiring
Strong coordination and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes efficiently
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes
Liaise with local and international candidates and agencies
Schedule interviews and manage candidate pipelines
Ensure timely onboarding and documentation
