Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Calendar Management: Coordinate complex schedules, arrange meetings, and manage travel itineraries.
Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Documentation: Prepare, edit, and proofread high-level reports, presentations, and bilingual correspondence.
Meeting Support: Attend executive meetings to record minutes and track follow-up action items.
Office Management
Facility Operations: Oversee office maintenance, vendor relationships, and supply procurement.
Administrative Oversight: Manage front-desk activities and supervise junior administrative staff if applicable.
Process Improvement: Develop and implement office policies and filing systems to improve workflow efficiency.
Finance Support: Manage petty cash, process expense reports, and assist with basic bookkeeping or invoice tracking.
