Area Sales Manager – Commercial Cleaning Equipment
Location: Multiple Locations KSA, Saudi Arabia Company: Eurotecks (European World) Reporting to: Division Manager.
Role Overview
As the Area Sales Manager, you will spearhead our sales operations in the the region, driving sustainable revenue growth for our premium range of commercial and industrial cleaning equipment. You will lead a high-performing team of Sales Executives, fostering a culture of accountability, technical expertise, and exceptional customer service. Your mission is to bridge the gap between strategic planning and on-the-ground execution to solidify EWC's market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales & Market Expansion
? Revenue Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales plans to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.
? Business Development: Actively identify and penetrate new market segments while maximizing wallet share within existing key accounts.
? High-Touch Engagement: Lead by example with a minimum of 5 high-impact customer visits per day, focusing on consultative selling for complex cleaning solutions.
Leadership & Performance Management
? Team Mentorship: Provide daily guidance, field coaching, and formal training to Sales Executives to enhance their negotiation and technical closing skills.
? Talent Development: Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing performance evaluation of the regional sales team.
Operations & Coordination
? CRM Excellence: Oversee all sales activities, pipeline health, and lead management via Zoho CRM to ensure data-driven forecasting and reporting.
? Inventory & Logistics: Partner with the Riyadh Warehouse Coordinator to manage equipment stock levels and ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
? After-Sales Synergy: Collaborate with Service Supervisors to integrate equipment maintenance and service contracts into the sales value proposition.
Financial Accountability
? Receivables Management: Ensure healthy cash flow by overseeing the timely collection of outstanding payments in accordance with company credit policies.
? Budgetary Control: Manage area-specific operational budgets and expenditures to optimize ROI on sales activities.
Candidate Requirements
? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Mechanical/Technical background is a plus).
? Experience: Proven track record in B2B equipment sales, specifically within the cleaning, sanitation, or industrial machinery sectors.
? Skills:
o Proficiency in Zoho CRM or similar enterprise CRM platforms.
o Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing field-based teams.
? Logistics: Valid driving license and a willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
