Supervise and manage daily production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved according to schedules.
Maintain compliance with quality and food safety standards (GMP & HACCP).
Monitor team performance, attendance, and discipline.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams.
Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in industrial and FMCG sectors.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good command of English.
Knowledge of GMP & HACCP is preferred.
