Develop and implement quality management systems and policies.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
Oversee quality control and assurance activities across production lines.
Conduct internal audits and ensure readiness for external audits.
Investigate non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Lead and train the quality team to maintain high performance.
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 8–15years of experience in quality management within industrial or FMCG sector (preferably food industry).
Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO standards.
Leadership and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in English.
