Job Description of Mechanical Technician
1. Performs preventive maintenance and technical inspections to avoid breakdowns.
2. Ensures the continuous operation of sewing machines, cutting machines, and auxiliary equipment.
3. Identifies and repairs faults quickly.
4. Ensures the uninterrupted operation of the production line.
5. Installs and configures new machines.
6. Assists operators and sewing staff in the proper use of machinery and equipment.
7. Proposes technical improvements and efficiency enhancements.
Job Description of Production Technician
1. Organizes and monitors the correct implementation of production technological processes.
2. Analyzes technical documentation of orders (tech pack, operation sheets, reference samples).
3. Ensures that sewing operations are carried out according to defined technical methods.
4. Supervises the launch of new models into production and provides technical support during implementation.
5. Controls the production flow and intervenes in case of technical issues.
6. Collaborates with the quality department to identify and correct work processes.
7. Verifies compliance with quality standards during in-line and final production stages.
8. Monitors line balancing and contributes to increasing productivity.
