Required Accountant & Administrator

We are looking for reliable and organized to handle the both Accounting and Administrative tasks.
In this role you will take care of i.e :

Accounting & Administrative Responsibilities : 


- Record daily Financial transactions (income & expenses )

- Prepare Financial reports and assist with budgeting

- Manage invoices,billing and payment follow-ups

- Handle accounts payable & receivable

- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate records

- Organize office paperwork,filling and documentation

- Coordinate with clients, suppliers and vendors

- Manage emails , calls and general correspondence

- Support day to day office and administrative operations

- Maintain confidentiality, accuracy and efficiency in all tasks
