**Role Overview**
The **MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Supervisor** is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of all MEP systems on-site. This role ensures that work is completed according to technical drawings, safety standards, and project timelines, acting as the primary link between site engineers and the labor force.

Key Responsibilities
* **Site Supervision:** Manage daily on-site operations for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing teams to ensure high-quality execution.
* **Technical Compliance:** Review MEP shop drawings and specifications to ensure installations meet local building codes and KSA labor law safety regulations.
* **Material Coordination:** Monitor material deliveries, storage, and usage to minimize waste and ensure the right tools are available for the crew.
* **Safety & Quality:** Conduct regular inspections to maintain strict health and safety protocols and ensure work meets project quality standards.
* **Reporting:** Provide daily progress updates to the Project Manager and coordinate with other subcontractors to avoid structural or architectural conflicts.

Key Requirements

* **Education:** Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a related technical field).
* **Experience:** 3–5 years of proven experience in MEP supervision, preferably within large-scale construction or industrial projects.
* **Technical Skills:** Ability to read blueprints/schematics and a solid understanding of HVAC, fire fighting, and low-voltage systems.
* **Soft Skills:** Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage a diverse workforce under tight deadlines.
