About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager / Mill Manager to lead end-to-end operations of a cotton spinning unit specializing in fine and super-fine yarn counts (Ne 60–140+). This role will act as a key link between management and shop-floor operations, ensuring high-quality production at optimal cost.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee complete spinning operations from raw cotton to finished yarn
• Drive production targets (grams per spindle) and overall plant efficiency
• Manage plant P&L, including OPEX and CAPEX planning
• Ensure consistent raw material mixing and supply chain coordination
• Lead energy optimization initiatives (UKG reduction)
• Ensure machine uptime, maintenance planning, and modernization decisions
• Manage workforce of 500+ employees, including discipline and productivity
• Ensure compliance with safety, SOPs, audits, and quality standards
• Maintain yarn quality benchmarks (Uster parameters, zero rejections)

Key Requirements:
• 20–25 years of experience in cotton spinning (mandatory)
• 10–12 years in Factory Manager / Mill Manager role
• Strong background in maintenance (electrical preferred)
• Expertise in fine count yarn production (Ne 60–140+)
• Proven leadership in large-scale plant operations
