Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Travel Consultant role based in Riyadh. The responsibilities include assisting clients with booking travel and making detailed travel arrangements, managing travel plans and budgets, and coordinating reservations. Interacting with customers to ensure a seamless travel experience and providing expert travel management consultation are key aspects of this position.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Corporate Travel Management.
- Strong expertise in handling Flight Bookings (Domestic & International) and Hotel Reservations.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in the Amadeus system is mandatory.
- Proven experience handling VIP and high-profile bookings.
- Professional, well-organized, and customer-focused
- Strong Customer Service skills and a customer-first approach
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in a related field is an advantage
