Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting company products to achieve targets. The role requires strong communication skills, market awareness, and a proactive sales approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities and clients
Promote and sell company products/services to achieve sales targets
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
Follow up on customer inquiries and provide after-sales support
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, finance) for smooth operations
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in sales (preferably in relevant industry such as perfumes/FMCG)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Self-motivated and results-driven
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
