Employement: Full Time (Office & Site based)
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage workforce mobility and asset control across multiple project sites in Saudi Arabia. This role will coordinate mobilization/demobilization, handle accommodation and transportation, and ensure compliance with site access requirements. You will also oversee lease contracts, track renewals and payments, and maintain a centralized register. Additionally, the role is responsible for the full lifecycle management of MEP assets, including inventory, calibration, audits, and asset tracking.
Key Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in mobility coordination, asset, or inventory management (MEP background preferred)
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
Experience managing lease contracts, assets, and site logistics
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
Bilingual (Arabic & English)
