HSE OFFICER

I am an HSE Officer with over 5 years of professional experience in the construction, precast, dairy, and infrastructure industries, currently contributing to Elseif – DBO Oxagon Precast Facility, NEOM. I hold a 2-year Associate Diploma in HSE from a government-approved institute and possess internationally recognized certifications including NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001, ISO QMS, IOSH Managing Safely, OSH Manager (48 Hours), and HSE Representative.

My professional experience includes work on high-rise buildings, bridges, national highway projects, precast operations, and industrial facilities, where I have developed strong expertise in hazard identification, risk assessment, Permit to Work (PTW) systems, incident investigation, safety audits, and regulatory compliance.

I am dedicated to fostering a proactive safety culture, reducing workplace hazards, and ensuring the well-being of personnel, equipment, and assets.
