Marketing Coordinator – Construction, Maintenance, Manpower & Equipment Rental
(Al Jubail -Saudi Arabia)
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing plans to promote construction, maintenance,
manpower, and equipment rental services within Saudi Arabia.
Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and
client outreach.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals, pre-qualification documents, and
company profiles tailored to client requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and government
entities.
Coordinate site visits, client meetings, and project follow-ups across various regions in
the Kingdom.
Manage digital marketing activities, including social media content, website updates,
and online advertising.
Support tendering activities by gathering project information, documentation, and
pricing inputs.
Track marketing performance metrics, lead conversion, and customer feedback to
improve strategies.
Collaborate with operations, HR, and equipment teams to align marketing efforts with
service capabilities.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
Ensure all marketing materials comply with Saudi regulations and company branding
guidelines.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in marketing within construction, maintenance, manpower supply,
or equipment rental sectors in Saudi Arabia.
Strong understanding of Saudi market dynamics, client expectations, and industry
standards.
Valid Saudi driving license with willingness to travel for client visits and site inspections.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic knowledge is an
advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
Ability to prepare professional proposals, presentations, and marketing reports.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
