Marketing Coordinator – Construction, Maintenance, Manpower & Equipment Rental

(Al Jubail -Saudi Arabia)

Key Responsibilities
 Develop and execute marketing plans to promote construction, maintenance,
manpower, and equipment rental services within Saudi Arabia.
 Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and
client outreach.
 Prepare technical and commercial proposals, pre-qualification documents, and
company profiles tailored to client requirements.
 Maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and government
entities.
 Coordinate site visits, client meetings, and project follow-ups across various regions in
the Kingdom.
 Manage digital marketing activities, including social media content, website updates,
and online advertising.
 Support tendering activities by gathering project information, documentation, and
pricing inputs.
 Track marketing performance metrics, lead conversion, and customer feedback to
improve strategies.
 Collaborate with operations, HR, and equipment teams to align marketing efforts with
service capabilities.
 Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
 Ensure all marketing materials comply with Saudi regulations and company branding
guidelines.
Required Qualifications & Skills
 Proven experience in marketing within construction, maintenance, manpower supply,
or equipment rental sectors in Saudi Arabia.
 Strong understanding of Saudi market dynamics, client expectations, and industry
standards.
 Valid Saudi driving license with willingness to travel for client visits and site inspections.

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic knowledge is an
advantage.
 Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
 Ability to prepare professional proposals, presentations, and marketing reports.
 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
