Responsibilities:
General Ledger Management: Maintaining and reconciling the general ledger to ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Overseeing the full cycle of AP and AR, including vendor payments, aging reports, and proactive debt collection.
Bank Reconciliation: Performing daily bank reconciliations across multiple currencies to identify and resolve discrepancies immediately.
Odoo ERP Administration: Utilizing Odoo to automate recurring journals, manage inventory valuations, and generate real-time financial snapshots.
VAT & Tax Compliance: Preparing and filing monthly/quarterly VAT returns in accordance with Saudi Arabian and Pakistani tax laws.
Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of monthly Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets to support senior management in decision-making.
