Junior HR Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate should be locally available in Bahrain, ready to join immediately, and possess a solid understanding of Bahrain Labor Law.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
Support recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Assist with onboarding and induction of new employees
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and company policies
Support payroll coordination and attendance tracking
Assist in preparing HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–2 years of HR experience preferred (freshers with relevant internships may apply)
Good knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Must be locally available in Bahrain and ready to join immediately

Preferred Skills:

Experience with HR software or HRIS systems
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
