We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should be locally available in Bahrain, able to join immediately, and have a strong understanding of Bahrain Labor Law. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and supporting HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection)
Post job ads on platforms such as Indeed and other job portals
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters
Ensure recruitment practices comply with Bahrain Labor Law
Collaborate with HR team on onboarding activities
Maintain recruitment reports and hiring metrics
Support employer branding initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools
Must be locally available in Bahrain and ready to join immediately
Preferred Skills:
Experience using ATS platforms and job portals (e.g., Indeed)
Strong negotiation and candidate management skills
Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously
