We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive who is currently based in Bahrain and available for immediate joining. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building client relationships, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers through calls, visits, and networking
Present, promote, and sell products/services to new and existing clients
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and performance KPIs
Prepare sales reports and update customer records
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
Must be currently residing in Bahrain
Available for immediate joining
Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles (preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage
