Front Office Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and well-presented Front Office Executive who is currently based in Bahrain and available for immediate joining. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and direct inquiries appropriately
Manage front desk operations and maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
Maintain visitor logs and attendance records
Assist in administrative and clerical tasks as required
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication flow
Ensure high standards of customer service at all times

Requirements:

Must be currently residing in Bahrain
Available for immediate joining
Previous experience in front office, reception, or customer service role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Proficient in MS Office and basic office systems
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
