HR Recruiter - Female

Job Summary & Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
Post job vacancies on job portals, social media, and other platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
Communicate with candidates regarding job roles, status, and feedback
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Schedule interviews and handle all related logistics
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Support onboarding activities including documentation and joining formalities

Requirements, Skills & Working Conditions:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–4 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to screen and assess candidate suitability effectively
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (e.g., job portals, ATS)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
Attention to detail and good decision-making skills
Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
Experience in bulk hiring or agency coordination is an advantage
