Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marble Installation Supervisor to oversee all marble and stone installation activities on site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship, coordinating with site teams, and delivering works in line with project specifications and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise marble and stone installation works on site
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers
Manage and monitor installation teams and foremen
Inspect works and ensure proper finishing and alignment
Resolve site issues related to marble installation
Maintain safety and site cleanliness standards
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in marble/stone installation
Strong knowledge of installation methods and finishing standards
Experience in large-scale or luxury projects preferred
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Good communication and leadership skills
Preferred:
Experience in GCC projects
Background in high-end hotels, towers, or commercial projects
