Internal Architectural Technical Manager – Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia

Our organization is supporting a major, long‑term program with a leading PMC organization on one of the Kingdom’s flagship developments aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. We are urgently seeking a highly experienced Internal Architectural Technical Manager for a fast‑track high‑rise development.

Key Responsibilities
Manage architectural design across all project stages (Concept → IFC)
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Structural, MEP, Façade, Specialist Consultants)
Ensure compliance with SBC, MOMRAH, Civil Defense, and local authority requirements
Lead technical issue resolution and constructability reviews
Drive value engineering initiatives
Support construction teams to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery
Contribute to mega/fast‑track projects aligned with Vision 2030

General Requirements
10–15+ years of relevant architectural experience
Strong exposure to high‑rise projects
Saudi experience preferred (not mandatory)
Candidates available on local transfer (Iqama) will be strongly preferred
