Construction Site Admin

Job Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day procurement and administrative activities efficiently
Process purchase requests and prepare purchase orders (POs)
Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and compare pricing and quality
Coordinate with vendors for order placement, delivery, and follow-ups
Maintain and update supplier database and procurement records
Track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any supply issues
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
Prepare procurement reports, cost summaries, and documentation
Support general administrative tasks and office coordination

Requirements, Skills & Working Conditions:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
2–4 years of experience in procurement or administrative roles
Good knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Basic understanding of budgeting and cost control
Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
Team player with good organizational skills
